What to do if you find a stray dog?

If you find a stray dog in your neighborhood, please follow these steps to reconnect it with it's owner.

Duke Energy

You are able to report street lights that do not work, or that need to be upgraded to LED versions to create more light and keep your neighborhood safer.

You can do this via the Street and Area Light Repair on the Duke Energy website.

Get the CLT+ App - a new way to interact with 311

CLT+ is a new way to interact with CharMeck 311, which serves as the customer contact center providing information and services for customers in the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.

Residents wishing to get in touch with 311 can still speak with a representative on the phone, request a service online or use the online chat function.
